For a very long time I have been trying to stay on the healthy track. Making good choices with food, including regular vigorous activity, getting enough rest, and making sure to include helpful supplements. It’s so hard to do this on a regular basis even though not seeing progress on the scale (uh yea… can’t seem to make any headway, but that’s ok). So I have to laugh at my intensity and also poke fun at the time when I am completely DEmotivated by life and I give up.
