I don’t know.
I do know that I need an environment that is:
- Creative
- Stable/Balanced
- Intellectually stimulating
- Fun
- Not Routine
- Welcomes Innovation
- Others-Focused (service-minded)
I don’t know how or where to find it because I find myself getting bored very easily. I fear as much as I have interest in a lot of things, that I may not have a passion for any of them.

I’ve recently realized I’ll be horrible in a routine 9-5 job as well!
I feel your pain. I like the comfort and stability that a typical 9-5 offers, but then I begin to feel suffocated because of all of the other barriers and constraints that are in place. I pray that you find your professional identity and are able to break free of the mold so that you can find true satisfaction in achieving your dreams :).
